This startup plays with the fact that the people who work at an organization probably have some good ideas everyday that could help the company to solve some of their problems. But almost all those good ideas never reach the person they should to get things going.
Its Kindling that provides a place to gather those ideas so they don't go unnoticed. Anyone, from the CEO to the intern can start the discussion and also anyone can help it take form. So this means that when a good idea gets noticed it can be rated up and commented on to make it even better.
